Maria Cunneen, the selling real estate broker for Seatuck Lodge, came to Dead On Design with this extraordinary property in 2015. She knew it needed special marketing in order to deliver it effectively and accurately to its intended demographic. We developed a brand and website that capture the most unique features of this home. This project included copywriting, photography and video (both ground and drone), and both digital floor plans and surveys. We continue to build ads and large format brochures based upon the established brand. This approach allows brokers to efficiently convey the exceptional qualities of the property to potential buyers who may not otherwise have considered it due to its Remsenberg location. Property branding is extremely helpful in such circumstances.
